No matter what kind of birth you choose, whether it is a home birth or hospital birth, whether it is medicated or unmedicated, your chances of interventions are much less when you have a doula to partner with you. We will support you physically through touch, massage or breathing techniques. You will be supported emotionally through our presence and encouragement. We also will continue to verbally support you through our words of empowerment and love, and spiritually through our connection. All three of these elements provide you with a strong foundation of love and support as you focus on bringing your baby into the world. We will become a team who will be your strong foundation as you power through your labor and delivery in a calm, effective and productive way. This allows you to have the birth of your choice and your desires.
